When Kenyan artist Solo7 (aka Solomon Muyundo) went out to paint messages of peace during the violence that followed elections in Kenya, he put his life to risk as the sound of gunfire rent the air. People were split in two after the voting, contested in courts by one of the candidates. While Kenya almost turned to civil war, Solomon had one thing in his mind: Peace.

Back in August, 2017, IndieFrame reporter Craig Halliday followed street artist's story on Kenyan walls and shot some amazing photos that tell about peace, courage and people's voice making itself heard in difficult conditions.
