Pope Francis visits Ireland | Smartphone photos wanted

Today it's the first papal visit to Ireland since Pope John Paul II in 1979 - Pope Francis is on a two-day visit to Ireland. He landed this morning, 25.08.2018, in Dublin Airport.  The pontiff was greeted by the Irish President, Michael D. Higgins, and is now at Dublin Castle. Eleven pregnant fin whales hunted this summer in Iceland

Whale hunters working for Hvalur hf. have hunted eleven pregnant fin whales this summer. This was confirmed by director of the company, Kristján Loftsson, cited by Iceland Monitor.The fin whale is on the list of endangered species and, next to the blue whale, is the second largest mammal in the world. 10.08.2018 - IndieFrame reporter Ana Maria Gheorghe was forced to leave the area where riot police later sprayed tear gas against protesters and was threatened to be arrested if she keeps filming. Ana had an IndieFrame press accreditation with her ID no. as a reporter. She explains through messenger audio how she was threatened and her rights were trespassed on the public space in Piata Victoriei, Bucharest. Several journalists were ill treated during Romanian protests against Government and some were beaten, including German media Deutsche Welle and OTS correspondents. Violent clashes between police and protesters in Romania reported by citizens on IndieFrame
