Toxic smoke covers Copenhagen after waste burns in Prøvestenen | IndieFrame Local

Dense grey smoke has been seen today from central Copenhagen after piles of waste have been burnt in Prøvestenen area, according to fire authority Hovedstadens Beredskab.The waste burning experiment gone wrong was apparently initiated by a waste management company. Spain will increase riot police units during Catalonia's National Day

EU survey says it's time to stop turning clocks back and forwards for daylight saving

Adjusting the clocks by an hour every spring and autumn could be put to end by the European Commission after survey found most European citizens were against it.The online consultation, which ran from 4 July to 16 August 2018, received 4.6 million responses from all 28 Member States, the highest number of responses ever received in any Commission public consultation.
